Vanna White recently revealed how she gets a “lift” before filming an episode of Wheel of Fortune.

“Just a little pre-show workout,” White captioned a video on Instagram last week, which showed the long-time letter turner and game show co-host lifting 10-pound weights in a dress and heels.

She appeared in the video with Ryan Seacrest, who took over hosting duties following Pat Sajak’s retirement earlier this year.

“See, I wear a lot of sleeveless dresses, so I have to keep the muscles going,” she jokingly said.

White, 67, then challenged the 49-year-old Seacrest to show off his form.

“I can’t go any higher, everything’s gonna come out, everything’s gonna fall off,” Seacrest quipped after squatting and lifting the weights only to the top of his head.

He showed her a new way to exercise using the weights, which involved lifting his left arm and leg at the same time before switching to his right side.

“See, you’re teaching me new things,” White said as Seacrest revealed additional training tips that involved rotating his wrists.

“Vanna, 41 years on this show and you’ve never done this move?” he asked.

“No, I haven’t,” she replied. “You learn something new every day.”

White, who has been on the show since 1982, revealed how she stays in shape in an interview last year.

“I’m very regimented with myself; I have to be because I have to try on sample-size dresses every two weeks, and they have to fit — I’ve worn 8,000 dresses on-air so far,” she told Oprah Daily.

“I keep 10-pound weights in my bathroom and do at least 50 reps of arm exercises every day. Then I spin on my Peloton.”

She added that working out also makes her feel better about herself.

“Exercise also boosts my confidence when I look tired,” she said. “I get on that Peloton and go to town, and then I get off feeling energized and looking flushed and dewy.”
