Prospective homebuyers and investors are invited to explore new builds from major builders at the first ever Home and Condo Show in Mississauga.
“This mega event offers a wide range of properties with special discounts for attendees,” says real estate broker Minnie Dandona, one of the event’s organizers. “We’ve expanded our roster of exhibitors to ensure the best possible experience and value.”
The broker-protected event showcases hundreds of detached and semi-detached homes, bungalows, townhomes and condos across the Greater Toronto, Hamilton and Niagara Area. The two-day event promises exclusive bonuses, discounts and incentives.
“With a diverse range of builders showcasing multiple community offerings all in one location, buyers and investors can make informed decisions without visiting numerous sales centres,” says partner organizer Jaswinder Marjara. “This arrangement simplifies the comparison of options and allows attendees to bring their real estate agents for additional support in the buying process.”

With the inflation rate taking another dip in July, economists expect more interest rate cuts from the Bank of Canada (BoC) this year. “It is reasonable to expect further cuts in our policy interest rate” if inflation continues to ease in line with the national bank’s forecast, Singh notes.
“With two interest rate cuts by BoC and further decreases anticipated by the end of 2024 and in 2025, buyers can take advantage of lower rates throughout the 12- to 24-month closing period,” says Singh.
The Home and Condo Show takes place Saturday, Sept. 7 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday, Sept. 8 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the International Centre, Hall No. 3, 6900 Airport Rd., Mississauga. Admission is free but registration is required. Visit
